Clear Wave Pools was founded by Zinedin — Z to his customers — an Arizona native, husband, and dad of two. He built the company on a simple read of this business: most pool service problems aren't chemistry problems, they're showing-up problems. Techs that skip weeks, companies that don't answer the phone, bills that change without explanation.
So the company runs on the opposite: a set service day that we keep, one flat monthly bill to the card on file, and a phone that gets answered by someone who knows your pool.
What we believe about pool service
Every visit is a full visit. Skim, brush, vacuum, balance, empty the baskets, check the equipment. The checklist doesn't shrink when it's 115 degrees out or when the route is running long.
Small problems should stay small. The equipment check exists because a $20 o-ring caught in March is a $600 pump not replaced in July. We flag what we see, tell you what it costs, and let you decide.
Storms are part of the job. During monsoon season we still come on your scheduled day — that's when the pool needs us most. We clear the debris, rebalance the water, and pause only for active lightning.
Insured, rated, and local
The company is fully insured, holds a 4.7 rating on Google, and serves six East Valley cities from its base in Mesa: Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, and Tempe.
